Lupus erythematodes indukovaný léky

Jedná se o prezentaci případu léky indukovaného lupus erythematodes u 85leté ženy v souvislosti s terapií beta-blokátorem bisoprololem.

Klinicky i laboratorně toto onemocnění zcela imituje idiopatický SLE, bývá však častější u pacientů starších a ve stejném poměru

postihuje ženy i muže. Ve sdělení je kladen důraz na histologický obraz a klinicko-patologický korelát nálezů.

Drug-induced lupus erythematosus

A case of drug-induced lupus erythematosus in an 85-year-old woman is presented associated with treatment with the beta-blocker

bisoprolol. In terms of clinical and laboratory features, this disease completely mimics idiopathic SLE; however, it is usually more common

in elderly patients and affects men and women equally. The article places emphasis on the histological presentation and clinical-

-pathological correlation of the findings.
