Ambulantní léčba hluboké žilní trombózy

S příchodem nízkomolekulárních heparinů na trh se otevírá nová možnost léčení hluboké žilní trombózy ambulantně. V článku jsou zmíněny základní body léčby: nízkomolekulární heparin a warfarin, správná kompresivní léčba a chůze od prvního dne léčby. Toto doporučení léčebného postupu bylo souhrnně prezentováno v srpnu 2004 na 7. sjezdu ACCP (American College of Chest Physicians on Antithrombotic and Thrombolytic Therapy 2004).

Outpatient treatment of deep vein thrombosis

Low-molecular heparin offer the new prospects for the outpatient treatment. The basic principles: of the modern clinical solution: low-molecular heparin, the relevant compressive therapy and the walking starting the first day of the treatment. The mentioned procedure originate in metaanalysis studies presented in the 7th Conference of American College of Chest Physicians on Antithrombotic and Thrombolytic Therapy: Evidence - Based Guidelines.
