Moderní terapie alergické rýmy

Alergická rýma je nejčastějším projevem systémového alergického onemocnění na dýchacích cestách. Významně negativně ovlivňuje kvalitu života pacientů a může vést i k závažným komplikacím. Diagnostika a plán dlouhodobé terapie patří do rukou specialistů: alergologů a otorinolaryngologů. V článku je uveden přehled farmak užívaných v léčbě alergické rýmy včetně popisu jejich vlastností, mechanizmu působení a vhodnosti užití při různých formách onemocnění.

Up-to-date Therapy of Allergic Rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis is the most frequent allergic disease afflicting respiratory system. It has strong negative impact on quality of life of patients and can couse several serious complications. Diagnose setting and plan of long-term therapy of allergic rhinitis should be made by both allergy and ENT specialists. This articel contains survey of pharmacs used in therapy of allergic rhinitis together with description of their features, mechanism of action and recommendation for their use.
