Alergické projevy na horních dýchacích cestách

Alergická rýma je nejčastější projev alergie v oblasti horních cest dýchacích. Diferenciální diagnostika rýmy souvisí s dělením
rýmy do 3 základních fenotypů (alergická rýma, infekční rýma a nealergická, neinfekční rýma) a znalostí problematiky onemocnění
sdružených s alergickou rýmou. Léčba alergických onemocnění horních dýchacích cest vyžaduje úzkou spolupráci
praktického lékaře, alergologa a otorinolaryngologa.

Allergic manifestations of upper airways

Allergic rhinitis is the most common manifestation of upper airways allergies. Differential diagnosis of rhinitis is associated withboth a division of rhinitis into three elementary phenotypes (allergic rhinitis, infectious rhinitis and nonallergic noninfectiousrhinitis) and with the knowledge of co-morbidities of allergic rhinitis. Treatment of allergic diseases requires a close co-operationamong a GP, allergologist and otorhinolaryngologist.
